If you have problem with uploading your image, please attach your JPG file(s) to an email sent to mailbox@naptimecards.com. Include your full name, telephone number and order date in the email. If possible include your order track ID.
Photos are collected by customer service 9-5, M-F, eastern time. We send an email to confirm receipt of a usable photo, normally within one business day. If there is a problem with your photo, we will call.
