How long will it take to get my cards?	It takes us three full business days to produce your cards in our office. To figure out your expected ship date, add: Business day we receive your complete* order + three business days + one proof day (if you order a proof) ________________________ = SHIP date estimation *Complete order includes all order details and payment. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose: FedEx Ground, Next afternoon or 2nd Day service. Total time, with express shipping is almost a week, or close to two weeks with ground shipping. (Our office and FedEx are closed on weekends and holidays.)
How do I order?	Click on your occasion and find the card you wish to order. The card page will have options, prices and a "begin ordering" button. Choose from available options and click "begin ordering." Answer the series of questions on the next two pages to add your card to a shopping cart. Provide your wording just as you wish it to be printed, including all details. Note any requests or concerns in the comments box. When you are happy with what is in your shopping cart, click "checkout" and fill in the following page. Your card will hand created by a real person, and set up similarly to the sample card you chose with YOUR information/photo.
Can I see a proof of my card before it is printed?	Yes. We offer card proofs, for a nominal charge. We will email to you a JPG image of your invitation allowing you to check it over before it is printed. You can choose this option while ordering. Since the proof is an extra step, it normally ads one day to the turnaround time. The charge is not included in the base card price to benefit customers who do not require a proof.
How can I get you my photos?	EMAIL: You can email us scans or digital photos. We need the high resolution (300 dpi or more), unretouched versions. Send to mailbox@naptimecards.com along with your name and order number. MAIL: Or you can mail them to us and they will be returned to you.
