How long will it take to get my cards? |
It takes us 2-3 full business days to produce your cards in our office. To figure out your expected ship date, add: Business day we receive your complete* order + 2-3 business days + one proof day (if you order a proof) ________________________ = SHIP date estimation *Complete order includes all order details and payment. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose: FedEx Ground, Next afternoon or 2nd Day service. Total time, with express shipping is almost a week, or close to two weeks with ground shipping. (Our office and FedEx are closed on weekends and holidays.) |

How do I order? |

Can I see a proof of my card before it is printed? |
Yes. We offer card proofs, for a nominal charge. We will email to you a JPG image of your invitation allowing you to check it over before it is printed. You can choose this option while ordering. Since the proof is an extra step, it normally ads one day to the turnaround time. The charge is not included in the base card price to benefit customers who do not require a proof. |

How can I get you my photos? |
EMAIL: You can email us scans or digital photos. We need the high resolution (300 dpi or more), unretouched versions. Send to mailbox@naptimecards.com along with your name and order number. MAIL: Or you can mail them to us and they will be returned to you. |

How this works:
At Naptime Productions, a real human will create a card for you, keeping the look of the sample you choose here, but personalizing it with your information. Since we are making the card just for you, you can make any text changes you wish. If you would like to see an image of what your card will look like before it is printed, simply choose the optional JPG Proof during the order process. Please call or email if you have any questions about your order.
