How This Works... Step by step through our custom card process

  1. Select the card you want from our many samples. We will customize this card with your text and/or photo, keeping it as close as possible to the sample.
  2. Click "Begin Ordering" and our website will walk you thorough the options to provide us your card details. Provide your wording EXACTLY as you wish it to be printed, including all text to be printed on the card.
  3. If you have any special requests, or clarifications or concerns please note these in the comments box in the second page of order details. Your order will be processed by a person, not a machine, so special requests are quite allright.
  4. Complete your online order. You should receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided, we probably did not get your order.
  5. If you order uses your photo, attach it to an email to mailbox@naptimecards.com. Please see the photo instructions on your email confirmation. We will either email to let you know your photos will work, or call you if there are any questions or problems.
  6. During our business hours, we will contact you with any questions about your order, or concerns about your photo.
  7. If you ordered a proof, an option during checkout, it should arrive in your email 2-3 days following your order. We will call to let you know it has been emailed. Simply email back your approval.
  8. Your order cannot be processed until we have ALL information including payment info. If you are missing information, details, photos, or payment your order will be held until it is complete. Your payment will not actually be processed until we have completed your order.
  9. It will take us 2-3 business days to complete your custom cards. We can make most changes if we receive them prior to printing your cards. Then we will ship your order.
  10. You may reorder within 30 days.
